After years of planning and research of various projects throughout the West, Sierra Springs Ranch is finally coming to fruition. A team of professionals has been assembled to move the project from the conceptual stage, to the final plans and installation of the improvements. Plans for the Preliminary Plat have been submitted to, and approved by Navajo County, Arizona. The Pinetop/Lakeside Sewer District has annexed the Ranch into their district and the improvement plans have been completed. The Final Plat will be submitted to Navajo County Planning & Zoning in June, with approval expected shortly thereafter. The Arizona Department of Real Estate “Public Report” is expected to be received in the fall of 2005. Construction of the clubhouse is scheduled to begin in the early summer with completion expected in early 2006. Construction of the lakes, roads, utilities and other infrastructure items are scheduled to begin in the fall, with completion in the second quarter of 2006.
