Each of the existing nine homes and cabins at Sierra Springs Ranch have been sited on their own individual lot. Each lot and Building Envelope was created to allow for the changes that will be required for each home to be brought into compliance with the Design Guidelines that will apply to all of the homes at Sierra Springs Ranch.
